Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you want to change the profile pic, description, name, etc. of the Telegram bot, you have to do so via your Telegram account, talking to the Botfather. This feature is dependent on stage 2 in #26 .

Describe the solution you'd like
Options in the settings page which let moderators choose these options. The ticketfrei instance then uses Telethon to ask the botfather for the changes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The current behavior, that moderators have to change it themselves. For context, see #26.
