Steps to Reproduce

  1. create an account with "Nürnberg" as city name

Expected Behaviour

Ticketfrei generates https://ticketfrei.links-tech.org/city/Nürnberg as city link.

Actual Behaviour

Ticketfrei generates https://ticketfrei.links-tech.org/city/N%C3%83%C2%BCrnberg as city link.

Someone suggested that it might be because of too much encoding instead of not enough. Let's have a look at this in the next days :)
