Replies are usually not directly reports - but sometimes people write answers to report tweets, and they get reposted too, because the bot is mentioned.

1. tweet to @ticketfreitest with codewords
2. reply to tweet #1 with codewords

expected:

tweet #1 is retweeted, tweet #2 isn't.

actual:

both got retweeted.
