Merge branch 'patch-1' into 'master'

AnkiDroid no longer requires non-free network services

Since AnkiDroid 2.6.0 there is an option in the settings to switch to a different sync server and doing so is [officially endorsed](https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/pull/4026) by the AnkiDroid team.

*Some Background*: There is little overlap between the developers of Desktop/iOS Anki and AnkiDroid. So while neither of these "official" clients support using custom sync servers (even though there is a workaround for [Anki Desktop](https://github.com/dsnopek/anki-sync-server#point-the-anki-desktop-program-at-it)) because "there is AnkiWeb", the AnkiDroid apparently doesn't share this opinion.
