New app: SolitaireCG

Please note that due my previous submission to Google Play(TM) being
suspended, I had to make several changes to ensure compliance.  One of
these changes involved creating a new package.

New package:  net.sourceforge.solitaire_cg
Old package:  net.sourceforge.solitairecg

The new package has been accepted and published on Google Play.

The new package name is the one I will use going forward.
The old package metadata file can be deleted.
