Added hashpass app

I am the developer of HashPass. Let me know if there is anything else needed.

The bitcoin address is not listed yet on github page but it is on my addons.mozilla.org pages see https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/random-agent-spoofer/ for example.
