Update Podax (com.axelby.podax) to 6.02 (42)

Also removed some never-built builds and added a note about
anti-features in earlier versions (because tagging those is on a
per-release basis). Probably we should just delete that note when
affected versions have all moved to the archive repo (after two more
releases)
