New Bulkshare 2 app

Hello,

This PR adds a new version of the app I'm working on. I'm curious what the process is to deprecate the Bulkshare v1 (appid me.alexghr.android.bulkshare) on F-droid.

I've been unable to fully build the apk locally using F-Droid. The build process dies with:
```
* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':app:lintVitalRelease'.
> java.lang.NullPointerException (no error message)
```

Building the app with Gradle from the app folder works fine though.
