* Remove binaries from repository.
* Remove Google Play Services dependency, and associated services (Location and G2CM).
* Remove HockeySDK dependency.
* Remove SMS listener and associated permissions (you'll need to enter the registration code manually).
* Add tags for easily tracking releases.
