add my second fdroid app: another scrabble game in French. I ve checked that fdroid …

I'd like to add my second game app into fdroid: it's a scrabble game in French.
I've checked that the metadata works (locally) with "fdroid build" (last versions of fdroidserver and fdroidata), so it should be ok to merge it as it is.
I've not checked apk signing nor deployment on server though...
