Don't update Glucosio to 0.8.3 (4)
Also, add UpstreamNonFree antifeature. This should *always* be added if a new version can't be built because of the introduction of non-free software. It's the whole point of the antifeature. Otherwise, if I find this app in the client, I think I'm getting a reasonable bit of Free Software and instead I'm getting an old and buggy version of something that will likely never be updated,
