µg UnifiedNlp (no GAPPS): README for new users
There is a lot of confusion with preinstalled apps, especially with this one since it has a different name than the original. This is a quick fdroiddata update for fdroid/fdroidclient#628, which will help clear things up until a generic and better solution is in place.
