Add LibreSignal (disabled)

Requires gradle 2.2. I don't know which version of gradle is installed on the server.
This is the final MR. I updated to LibreSignal 3.12.0. I also run "fdroid rewritemeta". Building works if gradle 2.2 is installed on the server.
