Add the alldebrid app

I'm looking to add my app which is a native client for the `Alldebrid` website.
Alldebrid allows to unrestrain the downloading of file on external provider such as mega, uptobox, rapidgator and so on

I'm having some trouble to build it (works fine manually or on other CI such as travis), I can't build com.moez.QKSMS either so it's probably a misconfiguration on my side
