Merge branch 'micu/BVApp-rm-gradle-flavor' into 'master'

Remove FOSS gradle flavor as target

Favors have been removed in the BVApp.
Therfore, the gradle command is set to "yes"
instead of the "foss" flavor.

PS: That alone won't fix the build, as the gradle files have to be updated,
but that will happen in the original repository.
