Merge branch 'add-protect' into 'master'

Add protect.babymonitor meta-data

This merge request add meta-data for the _Protect Baby Monitor_ application.

Per the CONTRIBUTING file, fdroid lint & fdroid rewritemeta were run, and the application built successfully locally.
