use https to access google code svn repos
...
SVN does not provide the same level of security as git, so it is more
important that SVN is accessed using https.
sed -i 's,http://\([^.]*\).googlecode.com/svn,https://\1.googlecode.com/svn,g '

http://code.google.com will redirect to https. This changes that url to
https:// everywhere to also leak less info
