switch to a single top-level .gitignore
...
We don't have any special requirements like ignoring specific
wildcards just in a subdirectory, so let's specify all ignore
targets at top-level explicitly.
This makes it easier to see what's ignored at a glance.
As an added benefit it enables effectively searching the repo with
ag (the silver-seearcher).

ignore test dumps from fdroidserver/tests/dump_internal_metadata_format.py
...
This test script generates thousands of files, so its useful to keep the
results around for a while. They also make working with git annoying,
unless they are ignored.
