Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Sometimes an outgoing message can feel, especially if the teams-bot is running on a chatmail instance and can't encrypt to the outside. In that case, we should post the error message to the relay group, so the team knows that their message didn't arrive at the destination, and can find mitigations (like adding the teams-bot to the chatmail instance's passthrough list).
