Hm, I used the gitea functionality of rebasing on base branch. Now it says "This pull request is broken due to missing fork information."

Can you force-push your local branch again?

Please document in CONTRIBUTING.md that tox needs to be executed in the backend directory. Does this change anything about the pre-commit hooks btw?
